A wonderfully simple and humorous British hands only CPR video

May 27, 2014 by William Dillon

In 2008, the American Heart Associations changed the in lay person CPR recommendations dropping mouth to mouth from the resuscitation protocol.  Hands-only CPR became the preferred method.  This greatly simplified lay person CPR training.

There have been several short video clips promoting the ease of hands-only CPR training.  This is my favorite from the British Heart Foundation.  Enjoy!
